We all experience a certain amount of anxiety. However, when your anxiety becomes so intense it becomes overwhelming it can be incredibly difficult and at times debilitating. It can rob us of doing the things we would like to do. Anxiety can take on many forms such as general anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety. You may find it hard to ‘switch off’ or have feelings of dread and constantly worrying about seemingly small things. Counselling can help you look at what is causing these anxious feelings and provide you with tools to help put you back in control of your anxiety.
