Grief and Loss Counselling
Grief is in two parts. The first is loss. The second is the remaking of life.
As a CRUSE bereavement care trained volunteer and therapist, I have several hundred hours bereavement experience and I have found no grief is the same. You may have lost a loved one or are preparing to say goodbye to someone. You may be experiencing health issues or the end of a relationship and are coming to terms with these changes. Whatever you are dealing with having an outlet to talk about your feelings where you don't have to watch what you say can help you work through your grief, together we can find a way through the pain.
