03 How I help?
-
I create an environment where you feel able to talk about what's causing you distress.
-
I bring my counselling and psychology background. We can explore what's led you to why you feel the way you do and how to create some change.
-
I foster a positive relationship where you feel able to be the real you.
-
I don't have any preconceived ideas or judgements. I'm often told its so refreshing to be really heard and I won't just sit there in silence or likewise tell you exactly what to do.
04 How do I start?
-
Make contact via the website.
-
I'll contact you to arrange an informal chat to see if you think I'm the right person for you.
-
If you think I am, we book an appointment either face to face or online. I send over the payment link (£55 per session) and details to you.
-
We have our first session where we can discuss more in depth what you want to get from speaking to me and we make a plan moving forward.
