03 How I help?

  • I create an environment where you feel able to talk about what's causing you distress.

  • I bring my counselling and psychology background. We can explore what's led you to why you feel the way you do and how to create some change.

  • I foster a positive relationship where you feel able to be the real you.

  • I don't have any preconceived ideas or judgements. I'm often told its so refreshing to be really heard and I won't just sit there in silence or likewise tell you exactly what to do.

04 How do I start?

  1. Make contact via the website.

  2. I'll contact you to arrange an informal chat to see if you think I'm the right person for you.

  3. If you think I am, we book an appointment either face to face or online. I send over the payment link (£55 per session) and details to you.

  4. We have our first session where we can discuss more in depth what you want to get from speaking to me and we make a plan moving forward.
