Couples Counselling
Sometimes couples get stuck in patterns where the same arguments happen again and again. It can start to feel like you’re not really hearing each other anymore, or that small things turn into big disagreements. My role isn't to take sides it is simply a space where you can talk things through with someone neutral in the room. I help slow conversations down so both of you can feel heard and understood.

A space where you can both be heard
Sometimes conversations at home turn into arguments or one person shuts down. Counselling creates a space where both partners have the chance to speak and feel listened to.

Rebuilding trust and connection
When relationships feel tense or distant, counselling can help couples reconnect and rebuild trust over time.

Clarity about the relationship
For some couples, therapy helps them understand what they both want moving forward and how to make positive changes.

Understanding each other better
Many couples realise they’ve been misunderstanding each other for a long time. Therapy helps you slow things down and understand what’s really going on underneath the arguments.

Improving communication
Couples often get stuck in the same patterns of reacting to each other. Counselling can help you find healthier ways to talk about difficult things without it turning into conflict.

Breaking unhelpful patterns
Arguments often repeat in the same way again and again. Therapy helps identify these patterns and find new ways of responding to each other.
